Rebrand

We helped King’s Funerals leverage their incredible story to better connect with their community and offer even better service to the families they serve and care for through their grief.

The focus of our work with King’s Funerals was on the intangible value that they provide families in their community going through the difficult time of losing a loved one.

As part of their rebrand, they wanted to give their audience an insight into the incredible people that make up the King’s Funerals Team and then also look at ways in which they could leverage the functionality of online video to better serve their customers.

We got to work developing and planning several video outcomes; from a heartfelt brand story video that features the King’s Family, to more functional videos in which Key team members inform the viewers about arranging a funeral and the Humans of King’s Funerals video series that introduces the viewer to the team.

We also developed stills photography outcomes that amounted to new portraits of key team members and departments for use online as well as print and outdoor advertising in the local area.

After a significant amount of time in creative development, scripting and planning we were just about to travel to Victoria to make this project happen when COVID-19 canceled our plans.

Thankfully, We Make Online Videos; our amazing and collaborative friends in Melbourne were only too happy to help out. We were confidently able to hand over all the creative development we had done to them to run with. They also supported us with further pre-production and logistics and looked after the filming and editing of the main video deliverables on this project as well! Legends!

A few months later we were finally able to get down there to look after the photography as well as shoot the Humans of King’s Funerals series as well!
